JOINS BREWERS (25/11/05)
Defender Gary Rowett has joined Burton
Albion and goes into the squad to face Kidderminster Harriers

Rowett was forced to retire from the
professional game through injury whilst with Charlton Athletic, and
is currently a coach at Derby County. He has been training with the
Brewers for a few weeks and made a guest appearance against
Manchester United.
In a career spanning almost 400
appearances, Gary has been involved in transfer deals totalling
£7,000,000 in fees, and has played in the Premier League for three
different clubs.
Gary will be available for the Brewers

BAG BURSCOUGH (06/11/05)
If Burton Albion can defeat
Peterborough United in next weeks FA Cup first round victory, then
the reward is a home tie with Burscough in the second round.
The Unibond Premier league side
knocked Gillingham out of the competition yesterday, but Nigel
Clough must surely see this as Burton's best opportunity to make the
third round of the competition for nearly 20 years.

MAKE LOAN SIGNING
(04/11/05)
Nigel Clough has managed to make a
late loan deal to bring Bury utility player Jake Sedgemore to the
club. The player has been given permission to play in tomorrow's
game with Peterborough, and should fill the gap left by Lee Bell who
has not been allowed to become cup tied by his full time employer,
Crewe Alexandra.
Sedgemore was a summer transfer target
for the Brewers after being released by Shrewsbury Town, however he
decided to stay in the league and accepted an offer from the Gigg
Lane club. He has made only 4 appearances for the Shakers this
season, scoring one goal.
