Getting There:
By Road:
Follow the A338 towards Bournemouth. The ground is
located on the left hand side of the A338 on the outskirts of the
town.
Once the floodlights come into view then take the
next exit off the dual carriageway.
Parking:
There is a large car park at the ground and also a council run car
park on the opposite side of the dual carriageway.
By Rail:
The nearest station is Pokesdown which is about a mile from the
ground, however must trains into Bournemouth will arrive at the
Central station. Either change here for Pokesdown or it is a 30
minute walk to the stadium.
The Stadium: Dean Court is a three
sided stadium with single tiered all seated stands on the developed
sides. The South end of the stadium is completely open and so the
atmosphere can get sucked out of the ground.
Visiting
fans are housed at one end of the East Stand with room for around
1500 supporters. There is the usual range of food and drink served
in the concourse under the stand.
